The speaker at our April 14th meeting is Major Tyler Folan. Free breakfast at 9AM and the speaker will begin at 10 AM

Among his many assignments, Tyler  was a rifle platoon commander with the 1st Battalion, 6th Marines, in Sangin and Kajaki Districts, Afghanistan, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom; a Company Commander for Headquarters and Service Company, 1st Battalion, 6th Marines; the Aide de Camp to the Commanding General of the Second Marine Division; the India Company Commander with the 3rd battalion, 8th Marines during which he deployed as the Alert Force Company Commander to Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force – Crisis Response – Africa; and the Operations Officer for 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marines, deployed in support of the Marine Rotation Force – Europe in Norway.  Most recently he completed his assignment as Commanding Officer of the Marine Corps Recruiting Station Denver.
